All room confirmations are subject to availability.

30% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid 45 days before arrival.

If no advance payment is received, the booking will be automatically released.

No amendments or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation.

In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% retention will be charged for all booked days.

Advance payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

The hotel confirms the number of rooms but does not guarantee bed type (Twin/Large) as it is subject to availability at check-in.

Any changes to the meal plan must be communicated at least 7 working days before arrival.
